I can't say that I agree with that. There are plenty of subreddits that are not the official ones that have great communities and do great things for its members... (/r/learnprogramming or /r/askamechanic and such)

Is there something so wrong with "...building it once and then distributing that "image" to the servers."? Seems to be a rather simple solution to deployment.

Someone who is more intelligent will create more opportunities for themselves. Seems to be pretty linked.

I think you are right that people do not need much encouragement. I still don't think saying that most successful people are of average intelligence is a "smart" thing to say unless it is true. I don't think it is true a

Sure, but what's the point of putting a giant false statement right at the start of the post? It just makes the rest seem silly. I'm not convinced it's even motivational to the average person.

Well the latter is obvious to anyone with a healthy dose of cynicism and knowledge of what facebook is. The former is something you could not figure out on your own. The fact that someone is so incredulous to state that you have to be a rus

“everything in the world was created by people no smarter than you”. Is there actually any validity to that? Assuming you is a human of average intelligence...

The problem I have with what you are saying is what you are referring to as the "laws that govern our playing field." What do you mean that they are not fair? How do you make them fair? Also, it's not like these people became

Maybe men and women are not driven to accomplish the same goals. For example, take a look at the StackOverflow developer survey. There is certainly a difference in what men consider valuable for a job and what women consider valuable given

Why can't it be a combination of both, ignoring compensation? Why can't one sex have a higher propensity towards a profession than the other, independent of compensation? It seems to me that it is a complex issue that has a lot mo

I think you would be hard-pressed to find an apartment complex without a leasing office. I have never seen that in the US. Mostly I think they are there to handle showing people around and finalizing leases. They also can handle maintenance

I see. So the OP is just saying that it is above the breakeven point, as in we are not losing energy from running it. Seems like a pretty low bar for energy production :). FWIW, that is a pretty misleading statement when not contextualized
