I guess remind me in 10 years and we'll see how returns on crypto compares to 'stocks, hard currency, gold, silver, luxury watches' Funny how all of those things are not supply constrained, so they seem to be at a disadvantag

It's in the news everyday. Huge investment firms diversifying into crypto. So yes, value is being stored. The market cap of cypto has been rising exponentially - exactly because it is a good store of value. Which means easy to store, a

I would love to have an intelligent debate with you. To respond to your original post. Many people, myself included, find crypto an easier, faster, cheaper way to send large amounts of money versus ACH, wire transfers and western union.

Case in point I guess. It is kind of amazing how one of the most important recent technological developments has been written off for more than a decade by the users of this site. Same with TypeScript for a long time as well, and then there

Like I said the future of AR is VR. People are already recreating their rooms and spaces in VR. Just extend that to wearing the device all the time. People dont want to see reality. They want to see their own version of it. Cloudy days beco

Apple CPU/hardware + Apple display technology + Apple software would easily justify the 3k price. And people would pay it. Not just because it's Apple, but because Apple has the means to vertically integrate the entire tech stack

The intrinsic value of Bitcoin is that it works really well as a means of exchange. It’s not easy to find a good medium - gold is heavy/physical, dollars can be minted, etc.. If there is something that works well as money then that’s i

None of that is a big deal or red flag. At a large intense company things come up, meetings get missed. New people will float around for awhile until there’s time to fit them in. It’s very much sink or swim and a test of how adaptable/

No, I'm thinking of Bitcoin. The BCH fork is interesting, but not as universally accepted or tradable as BTC is. There are already alt coins with higher transaction rates than BTC and BCH so the fork wasn't really necessary.
