Another idea: Quite often when I see a tool that isn't useful to me immediately, but might be in the future, I like to follow them on a social media channel like Twitter. This way I get reminded of the occasional update in the future,

There's a certain amount of "just the way it's done now" to the NPM dependency topic. A bit like how with the .NET ecosystem everything has turned into many dependent Nuget packages whereas before it was all integrated i

IMO the current SPA vogue is overkill for basic CRUD requirements like you have described, particularly if it's a business-oriented product. Unless you are planning to build something that is very consumer-focused with high levels of i

I like this a lot, as a unique selling proposition. The improvements you made to your site based on this also look good. By identifying this market segment, you can tailor your advertising more sharply, which will hopefully make it more eff

I had a quick look at your app's web page. Seems like a quality tool that could indeed be useful for people. My approach would be to do some traditional web-based paid promotion marketing along the lines of Google Ads and via Twitter.

Literally seeing the bits in your original article was a revelatory experience. Sometimes things are easier to understand when looking at earlier, historical technology. That linked article is also excellent. So exciting to see a visual ana

It warmed my heart to see Paint Shop Pro mentioned. I always found this a much more approachable general-purpose editor than Photoshop. These days I tend to use GIMP for pixel editing, personally, which works well enough.

Agreed. Steve Jobs once expounded the notion of 'discoverability' with the Macintosh UI - in particular the use of drop-down menus - which was a response to the keyboard shortcut-heavy applications of the IBM ecosystem. A lot has
