You can always put Felix Dennis' "Mexican Shoot-out" clause in place. If the owners are in a deadlock, one can chose to execute the clause. When that happens, each owner places a sealed bid to buy the entire business. Whomever has the high

There is a mention of this in "On Writing Well" where Zinsser tells a story about speaking at a conference along side an author who was able to write publishable first drafts. Sure, they're out there, but the skill is extremely rare.

Not sure if you realize this, but a lot of kids really hate school. Its just that most of them drink themselves silly or start smoking the crack. You're lucky in that you have enough self control not to lose it. You want advice? Graduate, b

I second the idea of being able to find the boxes you created. I immediately lost the link to the admin page. It needs to be idiot proof... Would it be bad PR to make people create a premium account if they want to find their admin page bac

Here's a tip if you would like to quit but can't because the withdrawal is awful. Wait until you get food poisoning or the flu. You'll probably take some time off work and you'll probably (and should) be under the care of a doctor. You migh

If you've ever soldered anything in your life you can build one yourself. They're really easy to build, kits are available, and parts are VERY cheap. Of course, be careful. Getting shocked by 750 VAC is... interesting.

I like the idea of a stand-alone stomp box i/o port. This might make an interesting practice amp, too. Much like the Line-6 GuitarPort. I think the idea would be get the software started then license it to a Line6 or M-Audio. I wonder wha

How about Jesusonic? http://www.jesusonic.com/ I haven't tried it because my tone goes to crap every time I throw something digital in my signal path. Build a programmable analog device and I'll come running with an open wallet.

I'm right there with you. All you need to know about losing weight is this: Don't eat so much. Problem is people won't believe you and it is unmarketable. So, companies go out and produce candy bars, market them as diet food by slapping a l
