Anecdotally, most teams I know building mobile apps are using some sort of cross platform toolkits, unless native is really required. So you're kinda killing many birds with one stone.

Choose boring technology [0]. For me, the choice is a trade off between the journey and the destination. Destination is the final objective of your project, business value or whatever. The journey is tinkering with "stuff". Depend

If we put aside get-rich-quick options, if they are breaking even, for some value of breaking even, then why not?.. But you're right it doesn't seem to be sustainable long term with a wealth of free options available.

I figure just like any other human characteristics there's some normal distribution, with some folks being better and some being worse at context switching. Personally I fall on the "worse" side, I think. Whenever I have trou

I like it showing me when a new device connects to the network; time based usage limits. I'm assuming if I put it in bridge mode and have my own router I'm going to lose that. How is shaw going to know who/what is connecting

I just upgraded my ISP's router/modem and got rid of my old mikrotik. Turns out that the new router does not allow me to set custom DNS. The new system uses a weird management style -- a combination of on router settings ( https:&

Been playing with Amethyst for a couple of hours; valid complaints, but it's true of others (magnet, sizeup, etc). I guess the only other option is yabai. I'm not clear what the story is with respect to SIP and Monterey.
