They don't have so many lawyers on payroll they can respond to a large increase in small claims court appearances though. They'll have to hire more, or send someone less qualified, or send nobody - all cases in which the consumer has "won".

I agree with you and the parent. It's a conversation you need to have at least once. Explain your workflow, getting in the zone, etc. Explain why there is a ticketing system. Explain the disruption to the productive day that interruptions

Even less users use the huge orange FIREFOX button that uses up vertical real estate, but they didn't hide/remove/move that? I see no reason it should be where it is, as big as it is and as bright as it is. Put it where chrome puts it.
