Uh, not a great article. > Those with type 2 diabetes are not producing enough insulin. No, that's type 1. Type 2 is characterized by the body's resistance to insulin. So the pancreas produces enough insulin, but the body can&#

Couldn't disagree more. The fact that the company doesn't like those questions would be a massive red flag to me that they indeed expect me to work weekends. Times are great to be a software engineer. Don't squander that oppo

Which is a shame. This is the only reason my wife still uses old 11" Mac Air. She has an Apple Thunderbolt screen which she doesn't want to replace and is unusable on the Macbook. Pros are just too big for her, so she keeps on usi

Agreed. 20% margin of error isn't really that relevant to me either. I don't really care that much if I'm 70mg/dl or 100mg/dl if the line is horizontal. Both values are, roughly, in the "OK Zone" that I ju

I thought Wing Commander Saga was complete, no? http://www.wcsaga.com/ It features a prologue of 5 missions and a full 50 mission campaign. That's on par with regular WC games, I would say.

Blue Planet, especially War in Heaven, is absolutely amazing. Excellent storyline, great missions, great voice acting, and a devastatingly emotional experience. It's a pinnacle of gaming for me.
