Try running only Mac Silicon apps and no Intel ones, see if that helps for the wake-up-reboot issue. I kept seeing "Bad CurrentVBLDelta for display 2 is zero. defaulting to 60Hz." in the logs only from Intel-based apps, which, aft

Try with Safari and install an ad-blocker, both firefox and chrome keeps letting ads continue to animate (GPU) and use WebWorkers in the background, Safari basically freezes tabs that are not in use and don't drain the battery.

Yes, it's also standard in Sweden (BankID is a private entity though, not government controlled), so the swedish state want to create their own [0]. [0] https://feber.se/samhalle/regeringen-vill-ha-en-statlig-e-le.

While BankID is nice, it's owned and operated by a private entity and not controlled by the government, which the government want to change [0]. [0] https://feber.se/samhalle/regeringen-vill-ha-en-statlig-e-le...

I just got that app until Shottr has similar features (Image manager and S3 with custom url), thanks for recommending!

This is very good, I just wish there was a screenshot manager as well and uploads to S3.

I was just looking this up and it's correct, they don't cache queries (if they do, it's a separate feature), they only manage query planning in ways that make them faster. Even CochroachDB doesn't do query cache, only qu

In electron, that would be a total of 380MB then, because it's both the main process plus the main view's isolated process.

This is false, with every electron app, you're loading ~200MB into RAM to handle the main browser process. With neutralino you're using the system main process, so you're only spawning a new browser thread.

Not sure how this is relevant, TiKV is a key-value or relational database - while CeresDB is a time-series database (Like Clickhouse). UPDATE: Looking at your previous comments, I guess you're promoting TiKV.

How would this work if it's open source hardware? Then it's not bound to any authority that can prove that you're a human with a real device.

I'm all for open hardware, but objectively, it's either landfill or Linux, I'd rather see it come to use than become useless.

There will be millions of no-longer-supported Apple units out there, it makes sense to give them a second life with Linux rather than throwing them in a landfill. And linux on it would not run Apple apps, it would run Firefox or Chromium.
