Smallest packet flood size is like ~60 bytes, so ~16M req/s on a 1Gbit connection or ~166M req/s on 10 Gbit. But I'm sure most providers or ISPs would block such output - thus, why it's a DDOS.

I don't doubt that you'll be able to cover it on the large whole, since only a fraction of users would parse JSON bodies that large, however, those heavy users will probably use a large portion of the resources. It's hard to

This looks great, reminds me of Yahoo pipes! However, are you sure that you can scale with only 5$ for the "unlimited" plan? I can imagine large bodies of JSON having to be parsed, could clog up quite a lot. Example: 33kb bodies,

Hot tip, we experimented with running minisearch in RAM on cloudflare workers and it works excellent for up to 5MB of index due to it being under the 50ms CPU time. This means, 10M search requests for 5$. The only drawback is that it's

Our index was aimed at handling 20 000 documents at total of 35MB of CSV, this would balloon into 0.7GB to 1GB of RAM and we expected at least 1000 of these indexes, which would require dedicated servers with 1TB of RAM. This was when Meili

My team tried to use Meilisearch for large datasets, unfortunately, it's impossible to plan the RAM usage. If you have very little searches, it consumed very little, but if you have a lot of search traffic, it may consume more than we

You're right that we don't have enough information here, I've been reading a lot about it's theory and practicality throughout the years. There's also theories about ignition in parallell, by using multiple pellets.
