I've always felt that term is neutral. It's used twice in the original article. I didn't get the sense that they really understood what they were talking about. Seems like a bit of a fluff piece that touched on a serious tren

My company has a coding practical. It is designed to be done in about an hour or so. http://cloudspace.com/hiring/ (description at the bottom). Ultimately it's going to come down to a harsh reality: how bad do you

Anytime there's something that I like about a comment, I upvote it. It's a generic "thank you" or "yeah!" bit of karma to me. Let's see how much this comment gets upvoted ;)

Couldn't tell you exact dollar amounts, but 10k in 1950 was equivalent to 100k today. That's enough to show 10-20% annual gains and establish credibility. He fairly quickly started investing other people's money once he showe

How would a switchover actually be implemented? Wouldn't this require being built into every consumer OS device? I'm not a network engineer, so if you are, please fill me in. I don't get the sense that this could be just swap

Very cool! I remember reading about this before. It seems like a weird concept and makes some people mad, but it's real. If you like reading and have ever spent more than an hour or two thinking about traffic and American car culture,

The Minnesota DOT is phenomenally good. Years ago I started a company around road safety products in construction zones (those places are surprisingly dangerous, slow down!). There was a lot of great work and research being put out by MnDOT

I wouldn't, but that's because Cloudspace gives everyone a choice of Apple hardware, since that's generally the best choice for development work. If someone wants a ThinkPad that badly, I bet they could have one :D That being

I don't like keyboard stickers, or stickers that go on the inside area where you rest your hand. It might look cool initially, but they quickly fall apart. Outside of the laptop seems fair game unless you're in an environment that
