Please show me the meeting notes where vDL was decided to be the new Commission head. As far as I'm aware they aren't public, but I'd be very interested to read them as would many other people. The Commission has the exclu

The numbers are falling all over the western world; probably because the policy response is largely same and maybe also because the virus' natural cycle is at the same stage. Probably the latter. Mortality doesn't seem to be aff

The industry is indeed sexist, against men. Plenty of evidence of discriminatory hiring and promotion practices out there that disadvantage men in favour of women, in an attempt to "fix" this imbalance. People like you who claim t

I am completely accurate. The Council of Ministers does not run the EU. The EU is run by the Commission. Where does EU law come from - it comes from the Commission. Not the Council nor the Parliament (which means, it's not a Parliament

GraalPython is on its way to solving this, by co-JIT-compiling both Python and the code of the native extensions simultaneously. However Python is a large language and ecosystem, so it'll take a while for the implementation to mature.

We can have both a JIT and a "deep and extensive" (or more importantly, stable) native API, as demonstrated by node. Yes, but not that native API. Designing a native API that doesn't create huge problems later is difficul
