Lol, I didn't say it's warm. I said its warmer than the alternatives. What is warmer than Scotland and north of 55? Canada is essentially uninhabited north of 55 (Edmonton is 53). Im not sure there trees north of Edmonton. Moscow

Someone who has never been in Scotland, but hates mosquitoes... why wouldn't Scotland be chock full of them? Wet weather and very warm for its latitude.

For women (and children)? To live, sure. To fully thrive? Not really, no. In children it's a recipe for stunted growth. The historical medical record is clear on that. For women it's a recipe for weakness and loss of vitality. Whi

Cool? Putting aside the controversial content, the aesthetic was cliche. Same edgy lighting, same colors saturation. It was terrible.

Right, which is why I literally only wrote of veganism. Also, many women cant get enough iron from eggs.

Enough iron in your gut, yes. You can swallow rouge from a woman's powder cabinet and get your "daily dose" Bioavailable iron? Much harder. And, since humans are not the same; some of us have guts that really don't abs

I always considered doing that but in reverse, if my daughters ever come to me pretending to become vegan. Then, Id offer to become vegan in their place (reproductive age women really should eat red meat often). Turns out one of my kids is

Ultrasonicators for the purpose of cavitation research are insanely powerful and non linear material response cause all sorts of vibrational modes to boom. Its unpleasant.

I'm guessing few on this board have heard an uktrasonicator in action. I just showed to article to my mate, and he enthusiastically said we'll brew some... as soon as we leave the lab to break for lunch

Ya, AM. The 1Mhz band is insanely long range (under the right conditions, blah blah). You may protest that you can FM at 1 Mhz and get the range boost on a much nicer sounding signal but: - FM isnt as efficient as AM and 1 Mhz isnt a lot of

Inertial guidance is insanely good. Curiously enough the reference design is still from the V2 (and the golden standard is still mechanical)

Why is that counter productive? If I'm shooting down US satellites, and can therefore expect a military response, Id rather have the skies above me free from navigation and recon satellites above.

20 years ago everyone had very many AM radios (car, kitchen radio, alarm clocks, etc). Even today the vast majority of households have at least one AM radio in their car. The best part is that the poorer you are, the more likely you are to

It matters a great deal. While AM quality sucks, the modulation is more robust than FM and the AM band (specifically as opposed to the modulation) can go much further.

How, and what happens, the dollar collapses is undetermined and out of my control. I can only position myself for it. The dollar could simply enter into a semi-permanent state of 15-25% inflation. Permanent until the USD withers away. This
