LOL, it is really easy, we have 6% tax here if you relatively small (below $1.5M USD yearly revenue). So, it's not an issue.

Just do not have enough time and focus (that's more important) for that. Usually I devote almost all out-of-office time to family, do not want to spend all weekends hacking =). Even if I can do it part time, it's will be only 10 h
