I'm surprised no one has mentioned lock in. It is very difficult to swap out your db if all your business logic is weaved into it.

Any corporate is going to make you sign something to receive the cash. The terms would not normally be as strong as an NDA though, otherwise we wouldn't see any bounty reports.

Is the three finger swipe a "gesture"? I'm guessing a decent amount of older hardware does not recognise a three finger swipe. So workspace browsing would be broken ootb for these users.

Could I suggest you limit your use of text in parentheses? Something is either worth saying or it isn't. Truly parenthetic material should be quite rare.
