College today has way more responsibilities. It has to fix rape culture, dismantle patriarchy, fix diversity, organize protests... All that costs money. In 1990ties 20% of students got raped, nobody wants to go back to that dark times!

If laptop breaks, I just swap SSD into spare machine. With mac I have to wait days maybe weeks for SSD desoldering and fix. Sorry it is a toy! If Apple can not invest $2 into connector, there is no build quality!

Macbook air is like $1000. People can afford it. Problem is shitty hardware. SSD soldered to motherboard, bad cooling, no touchscreen, broken keyboard, no way to replace battery...

I traveled quite a lot through Europe for last 30 years. Never got pickpocketed, never will be. Would not dare for hygiene (homeless people)! Airports are much better! No squatters, beggars or drug dealers!

I prefer to fly, even if it takes slightly longer. Trains in EU are usually more expensive. Central railway stations are occupied by criminals and homeless. I would not dare to use toilets there.

I agree with you. But drugs and "microdosing" are marketed as holy grail that heals anything. My statement above is very easy way to disprove it.

There is easy way to "disprove" it in any argument: If drugs solve depression and improve mental state, suggest goverment should finance and distribute drugs to homeless people.
