Godot is not really optimized for thousands of entities but they're getting there. Also, the tooling for consoles isn't there. I use Godot almost exclusively and its impressive what they've built.

The FLIP was a novelty, and there's really not a need to switch orientation now that ROVs are common. It lived and died as an outlier. Rest in peace, RP FLIP.

I look at Hurd and how it took this long for it to boot X, and I look at Redox and its booting and pretty active. Hurd died the day Linux went GPLv2. It's a shame too, I trust the Redox design in every other regard. Someday it'll
