That's what I was thinking. I won't be able to afford a "good salary" for a while, and it's still part-time only. I was thinking ~15% and then salary once we're there.

No, I'll be the one performing web demos and selling customers. I've gotten pretty far with product market fit, now it's figuring out marketing and selling. CTO will come on to make updates to the product and make it even bet
