I've started drinking 3-4 pints of water in the morning. I don't feel hungry at all until lunchtime so my eating window is now probably 12-5pm which is pretty short. I might report back if I lose any weight! Bonus is that I'm

I have worked in a similar area e.g. I was technical manager for BI and data/database on a biggish product. First thing that jumps out is that people are interested in volumes of data and throughput. The other is that you should mentio

Who is this trusted brand you're talking about? I think companies need to decide what their core business is and if it's something where their business is embedded in the technology in some way they have to realize they're an

Yeah, missed going to Download Festival (UK) this year too! And jamming with friends. And going to family swimming pool with the kids. Still I've just been for a lovely walk along the river in the sunshine.

Can you explain the lockdown rules and what area you're in? In the UK I'm now in the highest risk area and still allowed to walk and cycle from home and travel around my county by car. That could easily be a 20 mile walk or 50 mil

Given it's been 20 years I'm sure it's not anything obvious, but the main reason I get headaches is dehydration or blocked sinuses. Other likely reasons would be caffiene/sugar spikes. What is your general state of healt

Any idea what would be a decent home printer for work ( and some schooling). It would be nice to have colour but maybe something like this would be more appropriate. It's never been an issue before as I've always been office based

We had an awful set up at a major company where you were told to wait at your desk and you might receive a phone call (days of desk phones). It was pretty clear what that phone call would mean. People were joking about it and prank calling

That's pretty sad. Last year I was trying to get in a bit better shape. I was regularly doing over 100 push ups in an evening, some kettle bell workouts, kayaking at least once a week and cycling once or twice a week up to 100 miles in

I not sure why you mention 40 somethings being still able to walk in the mountains. That seems pretty normal for my peer group, but I agree that might not be the case for others. My dad was able to do fairly strenuous days in the mountains

I've got a feeling when I was younger in the 80s/90s people stayed in the same job for most of their career and had a huge hierarchy of people above them. Processes were largely manual and paper based and so completely understood
