No I think what they're saying is that they want ability to be the only (or at least by far the primary) metric used to evaluate the fitness of a candidate.

Never allowing the forest to burn, which is a part of its natural cycle, is a form a drastic climate change for the forest. Proper management of the forest means selecting a time to do these burns. If we don't select a time, mother

One could assume that the US purchasing the patent would be very profitable for the company selling it.

Of all things my taxes go to, I would love it the United States Government would buy the patent for this drug and make it freely available to anybody who wants it. The number of things it apparently just cures is staggering.

Youtube has a terrible problem with scammers. I don't know why they don't do anything about this.

My guess is that it's venting out the system pressure, and it's safer to burn it.

If you’ve got physical access to the machine it’s your machine. All you need is a USB port. I’d expect that the manufacturer puts out their own fix which basically copies crowdstrikes suggestion. I’d even suspect it by the end of the day

Your IT wizard is probably wrong. There is a fix that involves booting into safe mode and deleting a file. Unless you have an encrypted file system this should be a relatively trivial fix.

I’ve recently become pretty disillusion with 2FA in general. Google has recently started enforcing their own “click yes on already authorize mobile device” 2FA, which is very frustrating. I have hardware 2FA keys that I keep in a safe. I d

What is your argument here? We should destroy the parks because cars are also a problem? No. We should make cars safer. We should make guns safer. But not the parks? Those need to be drug dens and open air homeless shelters?
