Someone already brought this up, but the chance of a leaker getting hold of two screeners would be very low. But yes, once it was discovered that information was being embedded in the credits, those would be cut.

Or, just add an insignificant name (changing someone's name might run you afoul of contracts, even in a review copy).

Well, there were times in my life where I was going to the gym 3x a day, biking and playing tennis and soccer on the weekends. Now, life has gotten in the way a bit, but I try to make sure I'm still moving during the day, eating well,

As someone who loves to walk, loves beer, and has been going to bed early, but doesn't necessarily make a point to exercise, your post is encouraging! ...but I really should also make a better effort to exercise.

The operating system is doing this, it's just not in a way that appeals to you. Luckily, we can write software for the OS that fills in the gaps.

The thing is, no one is forcing you to use this solution. You can use your internet connection, install a HTTP server, and do whatever you want. When they start infringing on that, then yes, we have an issue. Your DIY solution is still too

Not that this excuses Spotify, but artists got the short end of the stick in the traditional system too.

So, uh... sources? Because the parent article had sources. Simply from a logical standpoint, it makes sense to me that having a safety net would make person less risk averse.

I mean, by that broad definition, everyone is changing the world, it goes along with being a sentient being that exists in the world. Although I can't tell if his "changing the world" comment was tongue-in-cheek or not, the t

You are being incredibly hyperbolic. There are issues with football, but equating the sport to actual bloodsport (or heroin use... really?) is a ridiculous stretch. It really doesn't do anything to further the discourse.

If doing heroin was a spectator sport where competitors were highly paid and needed to be in peak physical condition and perform impressive feats in order to be the best at doing heroin, then this analogy might be slightly more relevant...

I worked at an academic research lab for several years as a web developer / ux designer, and we definitely had need for talented people who were willing to work for far-less-than-market pay. Just do a Google search for "name of un

Exactly, and I can't imagine how it's possible to keep up with current literature when you are out of the academic conference circuit, and no longer have access to a university library that pays for access to journals.

Or, to put it another way, there are far more paths to success in the private sector than in academia. People change careers, move upwards, downwards, sideways, etc. Academia is much less forgiving.

Yeah, I thought that was a strange statement in an otherwise solid article. I lived in the Boston area for 2 years on a grad school stipend. It covered my basic needs, and I was even able to put away some money. Yes, if you're single,

Of course you should! I am a UX designer (sort of)! In fact, the only time I've used Angular was when I used the Ionic framework to create a proof-of-concept to test with users. I was just commenting on the fact that they are marketing

Yes, just the UX, the plans should be the same. As someone who just spent many hours trying to navigate ACA plans, HealthSherpa helped me compare plans, even though ultimately I did not buy through them.

That's such a great line that you just wrote: "You can setup a WordPress blog in 10 seconds". Why don't you say that under the demo link? Or say, "Try our demo. It takes 10 seconds to install WordPress" or what
