If the goal is to build a wysiwyg editor, finale and others have some implementation that regular musicians have learned to work with. For a lot of people, the ability to do midi input is really important because when they write the music d

If this were true, the greeting card market wouldn't be nearly as big as it is. Also, printing will probably more expensive than buying things made via more conventional processes.

I'm a little skeptical about the magnitude of the increase in time from concept to realization. Four hours is the printing stage, but laying out something like that in cad is fairly time consuming, on top of that every piece surely went thr

Thats a good point. It'd be interesting to see someone do the calculations to see how the energy levels required for building and running electronics (in addition to the destruction of areas that possess various necessary minerals) compare

I'm pretty sure people just don't know what to do about it. Those tons of aresoles that people released in the past decades are now in the ozone layer, and they act as catalysts for the decomposition reaction from ozone to o2, changing the

I'm just not convinced that enough people actually care about that. The largest cell phone market is the one for generic simple phones that just make calls, regardless of the smartphone hype. The reason that IE is so ubiquitous is that a

Meh. I don't think software people understand just how disinclined a non-software person is to do anything requiring configuring serverside stuff. Even torrents, where clients have essentially become good enough that all you have to do is i

I could be totally wrong here, but I get the sense that despite that being the intent of wall street, that basic concept has been very much abstracted away into a complicated game of mutual insurance and risk management. All I'm saying is t
