If QI should exist it should at least be codified into law by Congress and given some rigorous rules to when it applies etc. As it stands now QI is just something made up by SCOTUS and not created by anyone representing the people.

To know is something is legal or not we have to know why it would be _illegal_. What laws are they breaking by port scanning? (I guess the default would be the CFAA but I doubt even that hammer could be used for simple portscanning?).

To give the Swedish story. In general all documents, decisions, etc. handled by a public agency are by default public (i.e you can call/email the agency and ask for them). So when the tax agency makes a decision on your taxes that beco

You also have to focus on the correct performance issues and personally I've never seen writing functional js/ts being the issue.

I'd imagine one of the more common use cases is data processing. At my last job I was part of a team that built a data processing platform and we did it in a mostly functional style.

IIRC you can use fusion 360 in the browser now? WhatsApp is of course available on the web. I'm a regular user of play.spotify.com, works great. Figma is a great design tool available only on the web. I do get your point, but there are

As a LSP user I agree. Having all my emacs muscle memories, elisp hacks, etc. Together with what amounts to perhaps 70-80% of what you get from an IDE (or at least what _I've_ gotten from an IDE) it's a killer feature.

I agree with everything you say here but feel the ">20 years" hides something. We can easily say 30 years, there are very good arguments to say ~50 years and to get truly technical we could say 70-100 years.
