I haven’t told anyone in person I did, but the fact you think I did it to virtue signal says more about you than me. And if I was doing it to “grift internet points” nothing stops me from just lying. Some people do things because they genui

it would have made more sense to create their own record label than to try to turn a free and open platform like podcasts into a closed platform like they tried with podcasts

I like to think of these kind of web components as analogous to jquery plugins from back in the day. IF I think of them like that instead of a react component things make more sense as to why this is useful.

AI taking over one of the only professions able to afford someone a proper middle class existence is pretty shitty. It will be great for capitalists though.

So is Tesla is private now? Funding was not secured. He lied that it was secured. The court just decided his lie did not warrant payment to a class action lawsuit it didn’t determine he did not lie.

I mean couldn’t lit have just exposed a method like this.setReactiveProperty that calls this.requestUpdate and sets the property? The need for decorators seems because the api was designed to use decorators not because they are particularly

Adding decorators to JS is a mistake but thats just my opinion. I don’t like them because they make it more difficult for me to understand what is actually happening when you run the code that is decorated. I have to go and read the decorat

react passes everything as attributes for some reason which is the cause of the issue. I personally don’t understand why this hasn’t been fixed. Preact has managed to support properties which makes web components work as expected, you’d thi

That's a shitty thing to assume. For all you know they treated their website like a diary and just write for the sake of expressing themselves. It's not like the author posted it here seeing as they are dead.

I know they mention Steam Deck but I expect it’s heavily skewing the results. I wonder what percent of linux gamers are accounted for by the Steam Deck. I expect it’s rather large.
