Well yes, but think about this way. Why would a UFO crash? Why do UFOs always seem to crash in reports? It seems a bit unlikely that an advanced craft that can levitate without propulsion and travel across stars would just crash or be take

Will miss things. I just gave a long ascii hex string(512 bytes) and told it to separate it into a uint16_t array for use in C and it forgot to add a word(16 bits) to the middle of the array.

That's nuts. 10k PSI. My car has a a CNG tank that is at several hundred PSI and that makes me nervous when filling it up, but 10,000 PSI is way way more than this.

In the past I truly wanted to be a good programmer, maybe even make games. Unfortunately my serious dyscalculia made this impossible. That and some logic processing issues.

My 8-9 year old niece can't speak because of this. Our language has gendered nouns and she can't differentiate between them. She would say Mister to a woman or Mrs to a guy. Or call a guy a she, but this isn't just the only p

Have you seen how terrible SH code generation is? At least code compiled in 2005-2009. Unnecessary moves: mov r0, r3 <-result from a subroutine mov r3, @r4 mov @r4, r3 do something with value. And many many more examples like this. Wasti

Please do note how these units do division. I was very stumped why div, rotcl were used in unrolled form until Raymond explained it and this is how I reverse engineered one of many division functions of a SH2 firmware.

The curse of Eastern Europe, to die and empty out. It's the same in my country. Life in the UK and Germany > at home. And it's an exponential process, for every 1 person, 5 probably leave. My hometown was nearly 100k in the 80s

Pardon me for asking what might be an obvious answer to some, but does increasing the parameters lead to a linear growth of the capability of the neural net, or is it different. My knowledge of neural nets and AI is just lacking.

One issue with a physical map is, that human development and advancement is so fast, that in just 3 years, roads can appear where there were none before, old ones could get torn down.

Yes. I had Fs, I skipped school. I couldn't understand the material, math especially. My HS diploma says something to the tune of E+ or very close to C.

Reminds me of the post about the loop which did nothing but take up cycles. And reducing the number of loops sped up the software. Can't remember which one it was.
