   Ask them on the interview. It will be a red flag to dysfunctional companies who think you don't want to work hard. Employees at good companies will be proud that they don't overwork.

   I agree. This is a sort of meta-interview. Facebook is looking for (Devs Who Can Implement CS Algorithms) ∩ (Devs who can game the system) The second criteria is arguably more important when working for FB, than the first.
