I've been using PikaPods for 2(?) years now, mainly for hosting an Uptime Kuma instance and testing a few other apps. Its cheap, easy and just works. Have contacted support a couple of times via email and normally had a response in ~1

They manage daily backups, but you can also enable SFTP and database access (Depending on your pod) and do your own backups if you wanted as well.
