I've been using PikaPods for 2(?) years now, mainly for hosting an Uptime Kuma instance and testing a few other apps. Its cheap, easy and just works. Have contacted support a couple of times via email and normally had a response in ~1 hour, might just be timezones have lined up well but zero complaints from me.
