Not really, kind of like Uber doesn't buy its own cars. The CyberCab owner provides the capital and parking spot and some maintenance, while Tesla takes a cut, just like Uber does. I'd be happy to have my car earn money for me whi

Weird headline: Japanese carmakers are doing the same error, while Tesla (an American company) is the one of the leading electric carmakers... I'd just replace it with Legacy Carmakers (e.g. Ford, GM, Toyota and so on).

Just in time for robots to take those $30 per hour jobs away...by 2030. Might as well increase the the minimum wage to $300.

Their sales have been flat for a while and the design outdated. I wonder if CyberTruck will be next. The only way they can salvage CT is if they either reduce cost or do a redesign.

It also came in almost double the promised price. AWD costs $80K vs $50K as promised. In comparison Model 3 and Model Y pricing is bang on!

Crazy that it was just this year that Mark Rober posted his infamous video showing a Tesla getting fooled by a painting, and praising Luminar (causing the stock to jump by 30%)...

The reality is the Ford can't even compete with Tesla on EVs from a profit margin point of view. Working with Waymo would allow Ford to survive for a few more years, at which point Waymo would probably merge or buy Ford. In the long ru
