   Even better, System Preferences -> Keyboard -> Shortcuts -> Function Keys; and select the app in which you want the function keys to show up by default. e.g. IntelliJ Idea.

   Started with a 5 minute "workout" and selected exercises which are rewarding even if you do them for just 5 minutes. Like burpees, rowing, jump squats, hill climbers. It really helped that my apartment had a gym that was available
