What do you mean? How is this a problem? I think you can still use Windows without having an online account. But this pattern is similar to Apple having your logged on to your Apple/iCloud account when using your devices.

In my personal experience, the easiest way to learn a second language is to immerse yourself in a particular country/culture and interact with the locals, get a job, etc. Live there for at least a year. It worked for me, I learned Engl
