I did not make a reconstruction of the timeline, but weren't the NATO amounts growing only after the Russian troops started growing and doing their larger and larger exercises that seemed worrying (and escalated now into the invasion)?

That assumes you have an infinite city. However, unless you want to destroy the historical center of the city with skyscrapers, you do not have unlimited space for the housing to grow.

Agree and, as I work for Seznam, especially agree on the ability to train models properly to satisfy local users. Not to mention that the user can choose what should be the language of the results.
