Unlike del.icio.us, here you'll have to save website in a list and the lists are tagged instead of website. Kind of your collection of favorite websites. Users can discover public lists, add comment, or like a list to show appreciation

I have never used Del.icio.us. I've tried to access it through web-archive but most of the snapshot are redirecting to 301 response error. How does the tagging work in del.icio.us ?
