People probably aren't going to renounce their US citizenship due to higher taxes, but they will move states if taxes in one are significantly lower. This is one of the problems with trying to implement something like universal healthc

Well for one they control it. But a good advantage that it has over flatpak is that flatpak cannot run on servers while Snap can, though it doesn't sound like it's enabled for servers in this release?

From maybe 2015 to 2017 I used an i3 (I forget the clockspeed) dual core processor with 4 gigs of ram daily working as a web developer. It wasn't even on an ssd. It depends on the type of work but for what I was doing it was fast enoug

Everyone understands the paradigm of double clicking an icon to launch the program or an installer. Many aren't going to understand the exact command they need to type into a terminal to get it to do what they want. This is almost al

I imagine you're going to want coordination so that states are not competing with each other to purchase ventilators / PPE / whatever else they need. Otherwise you're going to drive up the price for everyone. There

How can this be true? If I put the PS5 within a small enclosed case with a poor ability to dissipate heat, it should overheat / throttle down thus making the throttling variable, no?

Am I missing something? If you take your license plate off your car, you will be pulled over by a cop. It's not practical for most people in the U.S. to give up driving.

It could be bad hardware, you are right. I doubt the issue is faulty hardware since the same parts work in Linux, but the ultimate point that it could be something else entirely and not Microsoft's fault is of course true. This is a f
