That features list doesn't give me much information. Can you tell me a few highlights that would make me say, "WOW" if I tried them out? (I ask as a IntelliJ devotee.)

Even before Oracle acquired Sun and therefore Java, they had some excellent free tools they developed and which kept getting better. For example, SQL Developer. I've been pleasantly surprised by Oracle's stewardship of Java. They

I liked Hacker News better when it was a place for sharing and discussing start-up based news. Not to say that these other types of articles are not worthy of reading and sharing. But I can get them elsewhere.

The article talks a lot about cities now being the domain only of "one-percenters" and "global elite". This is demonstrably false. Consider the UK. UK's population: 62 million London population: 8 million 13% of the

It is not good manners to tell people that their idea, in your opinion, "sucks". That's why. I wouldn't tell them that, just as I wouldn't tell them that, in my opinion, their clothing, haircut, or other aspects of

The only thing I want changed in the way Hacker News rendered is this: make it easier to use on my iPhone. It is difficult to touch the right link on a small screen, and I often go to the wrong page. The voting buttons are just not possible
