Allow me to point you to prezto https://github.com/sorin-ionescu/prezto , which is a lightweight version of oh-my-zsh. I couldn't stand waiting 10+ seconds to open a new prompt...

lxml.HTML (+ html5lib if needed) is a FAR superior choice indeed. It's an order of magnitude faster, and you can use not only xpath selectors, but also CSS selectors too, from a lxml dom. or indeed you can use Scrapy, which fixes all these

Came here to say the same thing. Also, Celery has been around since 2009. So I'm thinking this might not be the best name...

I gotta say, the way it works opens a much more complete set of gestures options, and the fact that you don't have to stand in front/on top of something for it to work is pretty great. This is pretty cool.

Makes me wonder then why Googles presses so much on academic CS knowledge during their interviews.

The point is moot. iMessage as delivery notifications. If the message is not marked as "Delivered", it means the other phone didn't get it. But it can be spotty at times with poor data connection.

Cool demo, but how do you guys compare to, say, Alchemy API ? Also, no pricing => not cool.

My only concern now is how do you find pure LSD/Psylocybin? As in, how do you know that you're buying what you think you're buying? Obviously in a controlled, medical environment the problem is void. NB: I am NOT advocating drug use/abuse o

DNA as storage, and now DNA as logic gates. But is there any benefit for using DNA for anything non biology related? For instance, one would think works for using atoms themselves as storage would yield a far superior logical/physical size

Pretty much any video site your can think of (Youtube, Vimeo, DailyMotion...) is possible via FFmpeg (which re-encodes the videos).
