I think AI will change how programmers do their jobs, not eliminate them. Messing around with ChatGPT, I was able to write a MUD server much faster than I could from scratch. But I still had to understand the code, tweak some thing. I thin

I would spend every minute of that train ride studying and looking for new work or housing. Get earplugs (cheap) or noise cancelling headphones(not cheap), maybe both, and drop the excuses why you can't do those things. 5 hours a day
