That's not really happening here. As it is now, the upper-mid west through New England is hard to distinguish, but there is a lot of activity in North Carolina, an extremely important State to the Trump campaign.

Assuming every person replaces their car with a self-driving car, how much would roadway throughput improve as a result of smarter communal driving? The assumption is that the self-driving cars are a 1:1 replacement of human-driven cars and

I'd argue point #1 isn't that terrible if you're a B2B company. Having some veil of being a legitimate company isn't the worst thing if you're trying to get a business to commit to using and paying for your product.

I wonder what the resale value on these houses will be. In the areas these are built around me, housing prices aren't skyrocketing, so if you built and had to sell within a few years, you're probably going to take a loss unless th

A lot of this McMansion stuff has trickled down into smaller homes, in the 2000-3000 square foot range. I think the term is neo-eclectic. Multiple roof lines, no two windows looking the same, lacking symmetry, front-facing three car garages

I actually find most open office environments to be better than cafes. Cafes tend to be very loud, have lots of movement, and I get distracted by people slurping their coffee, munching on food, etc. I've also noticed people at cafes wh
