5g forces on impact would imply the projectile stopped at ~50m/s^2 (numerically 5x the gravitational constant) deceleration. In a free fall, it hardly exceeds 1g, unless the aircraft was powering it to hurtle down faster

Depending on your interest, I could vouch for OpenBSD having a very clean readable codebase. Often it has some of the best practices coded in with useful commentary.

That is a good observation. The whole GTalk-Hangout-Chat saga at Google is testament to that misguided ideology.

I bet this will be an uncomfortable period with a lot of strategizing for Snowden, without much outcome. He chose to move to Russia and accept a permanent residency. He (and his lawyers) have expressed the desire to acquire Russian citizens

That misguided notion of product features and integration, where the user has minimum role, started out at Apple. The standard pattern used to be talking to OEMs and discussing what users wanted from them. That review phase generated update

After going through several of these comments, and looking up some wealth statistics/wiki etc., I feel the overlooked/relevant metric is "Where do you stand within the 1%?" (or 10% if you choose a more generous economic

In Tokyo Japan, with a very high COL, our family unit makes just shy of 100,000 USD. By our living standards we are lower middle-class. We don't own house, car, assets. We can't afford a pet yet (cat maybe, but I am allergic) and

Just to chime in, the lackadaisical efforts by India in supporting Ukraine is also due to the NIMBY effect. Compared to a war in a distant land, poverty & hunger are more pressing issues for them. They don't have an incentive to be

So if I write a recursive function to calculate factorial of a number (or some permutation calculator), will that be considered a pattern? Because Python3 wouldn't have the factorial built-in. Thank you for the explanation above.

It is not only the density, but also the purity of Uranium which makes a difference. Weapons grade uranium is 99.3% pure U235 or more by mass. Reactor grade uranium could be between 90-94% at most (the last I had read). It isn't worth
