This is so clearly a copyright violation that I am hoping for a big lawsuit soon so the courts can confirm it.

I’m of two minds here. Obviously race based admissions is unfair. But Harvard isn’t trying to admit the next generation of scholars, it’s trying to admit the next generation of power. Will that generation be 75% Asian, the way a class would

If you’re trying to wrap your head around this: keep in mind that being really loved by a small group is more profitable than being broadly palatable to the entire world. The people who pull stunts like this get the most donations, have sex

The thing is that in-office work only meets the needs of the in-office people if everyone else is there. So instead of every company feeling like they need to support remote work, there should be some companies that are all in-office and so

Lol. I had a US Congressman write a personal reference for me because I went to the right schools with the right kids. It’s so much more hackable. A high SAT score is like a ripped body: you can spend money on coaches, and they can help, b

Normally, this kind of issue is dealt with by a “change of control” provision in the contract. Don’t know what the situation is here, if there is such a provision then Qualcomm should be held to comply. Maybe it’s not as explicit and Arm is
