Not half, but it does sound better with less bitrate. The diff depends on content somewhat.

You know, I had the same issue this weekend. Err... in reverse. But, I just remembered your reply and you might find this website useful : http://www.subdude-site.com/WebPages_Local/RefInfo/Computer/...

For the 3rd paragraph, specifically: That's a fault with Windows not being clear enough with what is actually being in use, and what may be used and already there for a myriad of reasons. (edit: specified my intent on the reply)

There are distributions that enable it by default, Fedora comes to mind.

Honestly, if anything I'm trying to do is sufficiently complex, I reach for pen and paper and use drawings, abstract ideas to have a better idea of what I'm going to code. Actually, this way you catch a lot of poor design decision

When talking about other OS, you might want to turn it off if you have your disk encrypted. So it serves its purpose.

Reading is one thing, making the other format use as many features as the original where possible, is another. It's understandable, but one always has meshlab for that :)

The real world might be tragic, violent, or worse. But, inhumane conduct on the "metaverse" is much more normalized and common than in the relative considerate society I live in. I understand the bias here. It might be reason behi

There's a big blue button on their homepage leading you to the general instance. You pick that. Instances don't matter for most people. If you aren't most people, you'll understand what that means by using the platform.

Eh, don't worry, there are plenty of instances that won't federate with Threads or other select instances. You have the choice to remain among the people you want. And before someone mentions "that defeats its purpose",

That's not a good argument, I'm sorry. A lot of people spent time and effort designing and creating something; credit, or reference is the least one could do. If it's not done, even in a comment inside the HTML... well, it wo

Where does the complexity from Mastodon and other Fediverse social platforms come from? The fact that there are instances? Mastodon seems to streamline that experience pretty well. Honestly, curious for feedback

Colleagues of mine aren't able to use their Macs for work since they're unable to target the hardware we're working on. Perhaps with Asahi Linux they could. But even then, support isn't great.
