Good question. How did they react after the Clinton Administration put them on that list?

That's been happening forever. Have you ever wondered why the law that says you can keep your healthcare when you leave your job is called the Combined Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA)?

The last time the Republicans put a special prosecutor on a Clinton that President was trying to stop Osama bin Laden from attacking the United States. Again, there's reality and there's a belief that Hilary murdered someone.

I understand your argument and I might even agree with it. But, I would like to point out that there is a difference if we consider objective facts. Fact: Trump threatened to jail his political opponent if elected. That's how he has sh

Same thing that will happen with Trump although whatever that is isn't very clear. Though, I think it's a long shot that you indite clinton over this. She should be insulated. Trump, on the other hand, has been indited for Trump

An NDA seems reasonable in this case. The article did state that Biederman objected to some of the stipulations which asked him to give up some of his shareholder rights. I suspect the lawyers will make some more money off this and then a m

I think this is exactly the problem the author wanted to solve: you don't get info from the webpack logs. He/She wanted to do something that exposed useful info about webpack.

why not ask to see the performance improvement plan and results? They should have documented the issues as they were unfolding specifically for a retrospective like this.

I would put the difference at military spending vs. everything else. The highway system was funded so that troops could be deployed quickly in the case we were attacked. You don't get that from HSR.

The route is a pretty poor outcome of special interests. I recall reading that the best engineering firms in the world said that we should essentially have a hub and spoke approach (i.e. you have a very straight high-speed line from LA to S

Ummm ... I'd call that salesmanship. I also heard the CEO of SAP (I think) talk about a sales call he made while he was a JR sales rep at Xerox. It was also pure salesmanship but the end of the story was that he closed the deal without

Induced demand in housing would require people to buy second or third homes because they were affordable. So long as people are only buying or renting one home, there is no induced demand from housing stock.

There are many people who trade the market based on charts. Because the charts are well known, traders know what the sell signal is for a specific security. So, they will sell that security below the trigger so that all the suckers ... um .

I can't even get `npm install` to run perfectly on my mac. It _always_ fails and needs to be re-run a few times to get everything installed. Anyway, the point is, everyone likes the smell of their own farts. But, they still stink.

I was thinking the same thing. Traders already play games with amature's stop-loss orders, etc... This just looks like a tool that unsavy investors will get themselves taken to the cleaners by professional traders.
