This is spot on. "PC" "safe-space" and "SJW" are simply labels for specific people, but the same tendencies behind them exist everywhere. The same people complaining about PC-culture and SJWs are the same peopl

Yeah I tried doing a whole RetroPie route about a year and a half ago using wireless Xbox 360 controllers. Remapping controls for different consoles was a huge pain in the ass at the time. I'm sure it has improved since then, but I don

I agree, it was political theater. Romney in many ways to me reminds me of Hillary as far as style is concerned and I would say Hillary's "basket of deplorables" comment is far worse politically.

Right, we aren't talking about Mitt Romney here. If this were the 2012 election I would be defending him, but this isn't some "standard" GOP candidate. Funny how the "binders full of women" seems so tame today.

In this case, the minority are rich and powerful people.

Amazon Cloud drive is great for the price (I use it) but they also have filesize limits (anything over 5GB seems to simply error out without warning), so I end up RARing my larger drive backups. Also the software backing it is severely lack

I had wireless issues in an urban area (Downtown Oakland) where every router I tried had 10% packet loss in the 2.4Ghz band (5Ghz band was fine, but less coverage). We got an Eero to try to fix the coverage problem (I lived with several hou

I had this problem as well. I used to live in an apartment complex with a key entry that UPS, USPS, and FedEx had access to, but not Amazon. I never knew when they were going to arrive and they kept saying that they tried but couldn't

I don't the author is trying to "look for a fight". It's hardly the worst offender as far as these issues go either, it's just a lot more lopsided than a lot of us realized and is interesting to point out. I think i

This is the beauty of the show...I would watch the shows over and over again on tape as a child without getting 80% of the jokes. Now I watch the old ones with my fiancé and I laugh louder and more frequently in my late 20s.

I don't think the complexity of the web caused better UX. I think we just happen to care a lot more about UX in 2016 than we used to in this industry.
