Some of the first party titles are polished, some isn't. Most third party isn't. It's a sad state of semi-decent hardware with low quality software overall. If you're only going to play a selected few Nintendo Games, suc

I fully agree. For me, it's not the performance of the switch that is the problem. It's the build quality and the software quality. For example, my joy cons have problem with losing their connection or having input lag when recept

As I understand it WHO changed the definition of what a pandemic is in ~2009. So take comparisons to earlier pandemics with a grain of salt.

So somebody who has a voice via his fame, argues about which of regular non famous people that shouldn't have free speech. And he even talks about tolerance in the same text. Repulsive.

The tesla is really fast to 70mph or so, after that it constantly lose power as it revs. >And it's probably worth noting that the Tesla is almost certainly software limited. Most things are software limited in modern cars. The quest

You cannot compare just engine torque numbers, without adjusting for gear ratios, wheel size and sprockets. As another commenter said, you rev a Ninja (just like a sports car) and launch it using the clutch.

Engine torque is pretty much a useless number as a consumer (not a manufacturer/builder/tuner). The interesting torque is the one at the wheels, after the transmission and adjusted for wheel size. Comparing to CPUs it would be sim

Think of it more like becoming a child for a while, rather than having schizophrenia. Or something related to meditation/mindfulness, focusing on sensory input.

This is not a first for Apple. I remember buying the 2006 Macbook with a CPU upgrade. A Core 2 Duo with 2GHz instead of 1.83. Due to heat, the CPU throttled under load and ended up with the same speed as the standard model.

If you're an awful company, you surely need to make sure that your data is more accurate than the competition. It's like running an awful store, it's doable with prices low enough.

Well, you could also see it like, somebody not interested in switching to better alternatives, even after 20 years. Say, driving a 20 year old car even though there are safer alternatives available.

Well, where I live that is not allowed by law. You must have an insurance and if you don't you will get an expensive one automatically to protect others. The second problem is that if somebody causes an accident for me, that person nee

Intel is discontinuing Itanium. One of the reasons it didn't go well was probably due to the way it was designed.

I do both. When I dream lucid I'm aware of it being a dream and can think and choose. When I don't dream lucid, I'm not aware and instead of choices I have reactions to what is happening. I wouldn't consider it being on

This is not really true, the difference is much smaller and you will not boot windows 10 with the i386 feature set. Since Windows 8 the NX bit is required, making it require relatively modern CPU's, mostly x86_64, allthough a few x86 h

I started using apple maps a few months ago. This far I haven't had a single reason to look back. Search engine wise they are clearly on top. On the other hand, do enough social engineering and people will start using a worse product r

This is just scary, there's no way this will be unbiased. Sure, some stuff people write is just hate with the only motive to offend others. But there is also facts that can be viewed as offensive, while still being true. Does that mean

I fully agree with the post above me. This is so annoying. Why is acceleration default and why isn't there a setting for it? This is also something that may scare away casual users such as gamers, where acceleration is not acceptable.
