NSAIDs and Tylenol definitely work differently on different people and on different types of pain ime. The stronger ones, like Torodol, can be very effective on even quite serious pain, but you can't even get it _with_ a prescription

I had a brain tumor removed 2 years ago, and I have very similar symptoms still, although everything seems to be improving. I don't know how comparable these situations are medically, but I do know it is very difficult to find doctors
