as an alternative, cloudron.io is a good way to run apps on your own server. I think one of the main differences is that the app packages are regularly updated and maintained. And it uses docker, so a bit easier to sort out problems.

I gave this a quick spin since I love survey forms :-) Overall, the UI is good and easy to use. There are some bugs like: * I cannot edit the input field title * Drag and drop breaks too easily * The submit button looks "disabled"
