Highly recommend this book. I read this book skeptically years ago when I noticed it mentioned a lot on hacker news. It fixed a lot of my issues, and started my journey of appreciating how little we know about the mind/body connection.

Yes, read Factifulness if you're not. Media has been increasingly tuned towards negative reactions since we're genetically wired to pay attention to them more for survival... which they've been doing an increasingly good job

Chores - cleaning the dishes, vacuuming the house, washing clothes. It's one of the things I love about being able to work remotely, chores get done during work hours instead of recreational time.

Yes, for me it's all about the morning routine. If you can start your day off early and accomplish a bunch of tasks it boosts your mood and also makes it easier to keep the train going for the rest of the day. Routine is all about form
