It may not always be so obvious, so I think this is good advice. It can be hard to understand where everybody comes from, and expressing the upsides in terms that others really understand can be even harder.

I agree that it is hard to do. If it can't be done, though, only the death of companies with old tech will make the world move on. I think 3) is a good tip, and I have seen it work for some local companies who moved to Scala (for parts
