I think encouraging longer passwords is a good idea. Even if 14 characters is suitable today in 2016, as computers get faster it will soon not be adequate. By encouraging different password habits, people will be better prepared for the fut

The experts who gave testimony might be to blame too, it sounds like they charged a years salary for their 30 minutes of testimony.

Why is this even an acceptable hypothetical? "if they are responsible for the shooting"... Seriously? Unless someone employed by the theater hired the shooter, I would love to know what other scenario could possibly have made them

Suing the theater for something so obviously out of their control is crooked. Suing the victims to re-pay the exhorbitant fees for your "expert testimony" is also crooked. Everyone involved are crooks. That is interesting.

That is excellent advice, in combination with other tactics. If you do piss anyone off, keep records of everything. Make sure you know who they are, and where they live, before you start doing business with them. This lets you send the poli

There will always be a place for advertisements, the methodology needs to change. Companies like "doubleclick.net" are dead, they just don't know it yet. Direct advertising still works. When the ads are sourced from the same

Nonsense, sometimes people don't know when to stop talking, and it's more dangerous to let them continue. In those situations having the courage to interupt, and the knowledge to do it diplomatically, is important.

You might know it all. If someone actually knows everything, one would be a fool to mock them for it. Never look a gift horse in the mouth. People label others with hostile things like "know-it-all" as a way of dealing with their

You can't "perform" good listening skills. Listening to people is about caring what they are saying. This article appears to be written by people who are not capable or interested in caring about what other people are saying.

The best captcha system is no captcha system at all. You might take a look at the Wordpress plugin 'WP Bruiser', which is extremely effective at eliminating bot submissions, without any user interaction at all.

There was a period of time, after the bubble and before ad-blockers, when the world wide web was a parasitic minefield of flashing imagines and clickbait and malware. Then someone invented AdBlock and the web was suddenly fun to use again.
