To even ask the question is to misunderstand what drives most people to have kids. The reason they do it is the same reason they do anything: because they feel the need to. I won't have kids because I look at the pros and cons and the

This comment is incredibly utopian lol. I wonder where you're coming from to think these claims are reasonable. The kids who make it big with startups or some really smart people who can get a job at faang in less than half a year are

This sounds like a response from someone who takes for granted that kids are good. The OP just asked what the benefits are to having kids, with some reasons given for why he doesn't see the idea as positive. If you think this post is b

In my opinion the mistake was buying Switch Lites in the first place. I would only see that being a better choice if you're a consultant who's never in the same place for long. Your kids may or may not agree with you on the split

I didn't mention anything about oxalates and general kidney health or kidney disease, only kidney stones. I haven't seen a reason for avoiding oxalates unless you're at risk for kidney stones, so I'm not sure what point

Potatoes are very high in oxalates, which people at risk of kidney stones (1 in 10 men) are often told to avoid. That alone is enough reason for me to basically never eat potatoes.

Having been a long-time user of Wikia (now Fandom) as well as Reddit, it's been interesting to see Reddit go down the same path Wikia did. In my opinion, both websites started out similarly: somewhat simply designed, focused on content
