Congrats! I've got a three year old and she's certainly added a few years to the age of my back, but it's was a happiness engineering optimization that was well worth it =).

I love gridfinity, especially for drawers. It feels like 70% of the time when I want to store something there’s already a nicely molded box out there from someone else.

Two other big things: 1. Old well built furniture is _heavy_. This goes from being an asset to a liability if you're moving reasonably often. 2. Furniture tastes among the middle class changed dramatically sometime after maybe 1980? A

This is incredibly cool and I want to go build one, though it feels like that cutaway model of injecting the ultrasound from the side would lead to very uneven extraction. I also chuckled at graf about doubling the caffeine content, as if t

On a related note, does anyone have a good solution for highlighting arbitrary spans of text in PDFs? Trying to make viewing search results easier, but most of the solutions I've found are pretty lousy.

EDIT: due to a missing 1/ in the parent I think i was arguing against the opposite of what the parent poster meant to convey, heh. But that doesn't account for mortgage rates, or competition in down payments right? If you make 5%

Sounds very similar to Dulles in Washington DC. We eventually ran a rail line to it, and it eventually wasn’t the middle of nowhere any more. Hopefully the rail link takes less than 60 years in your case =)

Happy owner of an Acme Klein bottle here. I can confirm it has made me taller, more successful, and more attractive to all of the groups of people I wish to be attractive to. ... that or it's a fun conversation piece on my shelf. Perha

I’ve been following these as he releases them; just a quick warning that he’s using a $2,500 radar module that’s often backordered. It’s an awesome tutorial but definitely in “serious hobbyist” territory if you want to follow along for real
